SECS AGM 2013

South Eastern Centre for Sustainability AGM 2013 will be held 7pm Friday 18th October at the Mt Eliza Community Centre on Canadian Bay Rd. Leading Australian ecologist, Malcol Legg will provide an authoritative forum delineating the disturbing rate of extinction based on his extensive experience and cutting edge fieldwork. The nation-wide issue of habitat loss, the associated extinction of native species and how to potentially combat the problem will also be discussed. The Centre would like to emphasise that Malcolm's lecture is not the official launch of the Mornington Peninsula Wildlife Atlas commissioned by the Mornington Peninsula Shire and formally retracts this misunderstanding. The plans of the Centre will be presented by the architect. Light refreshments and music will also form part of the AGM.
